Tender Chicken Supremes, in a marinade of Coconut milk and Lemongrass, will take your palate backpacking halfway across Burma.
Ingredients : Chicken Supreme, Lemongrass, Ginger, Garlic, Coconut, Red chilli, Salt, and Refined oil.
Cooking instruction: Unpack the skewers onto a plate making sure to scoop any extra marinade from the sides of the pouch and apply it on the skewers. Heat up a nonstick pan, apply oil and place the skewers. Turn the skewers to grill on both sides and avoid burning. Grill a few minutes on each side for the Chicken to cook and retain the moisture. Tip: the skewers go well with peanut sauce.
